Although the Apple keeps the hardware of the iPhone 3GS in private, it looks like that the T-mobile did not keep the secret and have posted the information within the above image.
By analyzing it you can simply find out that the iPhone 3G S’ RAM have been upgrade from the 3G’s 128MB to 256MB,and the processor has been increased from 412 MHz to 600MHz. And we also know that the new phone also includes 32 GB capacity,video camera and 3MP camera with auto focus , etc.
So, it just looks like that we are going to know all the hardware about the new iPhone.
