code of ethics has been released by Egypt government for cell phone users

As a Mislim country,Egypt has something strict regular,and now Egypt has released codes of ethics for phone users in the strict area.And the codes contain 16 important points.
The guideline can help users to use their handsets in a much properly way,without interfering with others.For example,taking shoots of other and share it on the internet without allowed will be punished by law.And it is not allowed to call other people when they are at sleep at night.And inappropriate content is also not allowed to be added into text messages.
We need to understand that is Mislim country.
