Apple to announce 22” iMac touch screen display?

According to the Chinese Commercial Times, Apple is going to launch a 22” iMac display.
The 22” inch iMac is manufactured by Quanta, and it is a full touch screen, these are all what we get for now. It is said that Apple is arranging a huge conference on 27th Jan. Yes, the Apple shall officially announced the iSlate tablet there. Will they announce the 22” iMac touchscreen during the conference.
