Nokia Sabre Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7.5 Mango Platform

Most of us have witnessed the golden age of Nokia when everyone you know carries a Nokia and almost everyone rushes to the phone market only to buy a Nokia. It seems that Nokia has been the embodiment of both fashion and quality. At that time, it seems that every detail about Nokia phone is refined and assuring. The users are crazy about the easy operating system of Nokia. Their phones are always designed simple, tough as well as stylish. However, it is always true that no one could occupy the throne in the mobile phone market for good. The newborn will take the place of the old. What’s worse, Nokia unluckily missed the phone revolution because of being too content about its achievements while its competitors ceaselessly produce new products. Now, Nokia might be in its downtime since their Symbian-powered devices have achieved no optimistic sales.

Although Nokia has realized the crisis and made change about its operating system to Microsoft’s Windows Phone platform, we can not tell whether it is too late or not for this moment. The first Nokia phone powered by Windows Phone 7.5 Mango is codenamed as Searay (only for temporary use, it may have some change) but it is well known for another name—the Nokia Sabre.

Here are the specifics about the Nokia Sabre. The Nokia Sabre is said to come with a 3.7″ display with a microSIM slot ala iPhone. We are not sure whether it serves as a quick springboard from the unlocked iPhone to Windows Phone 7. The Sabre and Searay have just been accepted in the prize list in a Microsofe Canada Mango Competition. This phone is supposed to be priced at $600.00.
