What specifications does the device come with? In the first place, it is powered by the Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0). Apart from this, this smartphone boasts of a 4.65″ display. You will also find more such as a TI OMAP 4460 1.2 GHz processor which will make the device work efficiently and smoothly. The smartphone also comes with a 5-megapixel camera that does Full HD recording as well as 1GB RAM. The internal memory of the phone is up to 32GB. An NFC chip and an LTE or HSPA radio will also be founded within the smartphone. The Samsung smartphone measures a mere 9mm thin. Words have it that this device is only available at Verizon.
