First of all, the Gateway NV55C44u comes with a dual-core Intel i5-480M processor which runs at a speed of 2.66GHz. What is more, there is a 3MB cache as well as a 6GB DDR3 memory. The latter can also be expanded to 8GB. Moreover, there is a 5400rmp 500GB Serial ATA hard drive, offering abundant space for movies, music, documents and games. As for the operation system, the NV55C44u comes up with Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit version, which provides a stable platform for word processing, media and much more.

As for the display, the laptop sports a 15.6 inch Active Matrix TFT Color LCD widescreen with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. And the UltraBright technology makes the view more vivid. To be mentioned, it supports Intel HD and HDMI technology. Other features include built-in webcam and digital microphone, WiFi IEEE 802.11b/g/n, Gigabit Ethernet, 3 USB 2.0 ports, a 4400mAh 6-cell lithium-ion battery and much more.

The device weighs only 5.73 lbs and measures just 1.3 inch thin. The black version offers a stylish appearance and will never be out of date. It is also designed to save more energy for customers. Compared with other laptops of the same price, it does not support Bluetooth. However, other features of Gateway NV55C44u are excellent enough.
