As one of the most famous smart phone manufacturers, Sony Ericsson is a little bit different from others. Their smart phones are famous for their solid structure rather than hardware. This new device comes with its code name of Sony Ericsson Xperia ray. The Xperia ray unlocked is now available with a price tag of $424.99 at newegg.com. Though latest news showed that the price has already dropped to $379.99, we have not seen this price yet.

It is said that the new Xperia ray has changed a lot compared to the old Sony Ericsson smart phones. Let’s have a look at what is inside and see if it is worth buying. First of all, it comes with Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 as its operating system. What is more, there is a processor running at a speed of 1   GHz with 512MB RAM. It features a 3.3-inch scratch resistant Reality display as well as a resolution of 854×480 pixels with the Mobile BRAVIA Engine. Besides, there is a camera on the rear with 8.1 megapixels. To be mentioned, it sports an Exmor R sensor which is famous for its good performance in low light conditions.
