Just several days ago,we have let you know that the Verizon version Nexus One passed FCC.And we reported that the device will be available in a few months.

And now we have more information on the actual launch date of the Verizon version Nexus One cellphone, the device could be launched on 23rd March,2010.Both Google and Verizon did not say any official at this moment, so now we just need to wait for the official announcement from the above two.

We know that Google launched its first Android phone several weeks ago,if you want to know more information about the cell phone, you can check the official web page at Google.com/phone, if you have read that page,you may know that the Verizon Wireless will pick up the Nexus One.

We do not know when the Verizon version Nexus One cell phone will be available before, however,since the FCC has approved the device,we suppose the date is coming soon.May be within a few months, Verizon wireless users will be able to have their hands on the device.

It is not the first time for us to report such a news, back to last year, we have let you know the drop of blackberries by Rogers,and now, again,we notice that Verizon is going to drop the blackberry storm cellphone, the absence will be filled with some other new cell phones.Although Verizon did not give us any official announcements right now, if the rumor is true, the big loser will be RIM,because Verizon is one of the biggest retailers of blackberry storm phones.

Back to last week,we talked about the rumor that the Verizon is going to launch the Palm Pixi Plus and the Palm Pre Plus cell phone,at that time we talked about the rumor price for these two Palm devices, for the Pre Plus which will be sold at a price of $149.99, for the Palm Pixi Plus,the device will be retailed at $99.99.Today, Verizon officially confirms these two prices,and further more they company releases more information on the launch.The good news is that if any customers buy either one of the two Palm devices before 14th February, they will receive the second handset for free.That is really a great news for Palm lovers.

Here is some news about the Verizon wireless, it is said that the big red is going to bring the operating system 5.0 version to its Blackberry Tour 9630 cell phone.

There is no official date for this upgrade, however,some rumors out there say that the upgrade will be finished at the end of Feb or the early part of March.We will keep you informed when it is officially announced.

Up to my present writing, the Google Nexus one device is only a T-Mobile device, and now we heard that Google is going to sell the device via more carriers, such as the Verizon, which is reported to get the device this spring, and the company is going to sell the device with their packages and contracts. The Motorola Droid smartphone is definitely one of the best handsets on the mobile phone market this year.And it is such a great achievement,that we can not help thinking that the Verizon wireless to make the Motorola Opus phone as their second Moto Droid.

Just now we have reported that the Verizon wireless deleted the Google and Wikipedia search tool,and now we have another message about that carrier.Verizon wireless today officially announced that the carrier is going to add another channel to its V CAST mobile TV service,well the new channel is The Learning Channel – TLC for short,this channel is owned by Discovery communications,which will include some popular shows,such as the “Little people,big world”,”What not to wear” as well as others.

The TLC channel will be added to V CAST mobile as the 12th channel among other channels such as the Nickelodeon,NBC,MTV,MSNBC,FOX,ESPN,Disney,Comedy,CNBC,CBS and ABC.If you want to enjoy the V CAST mobile TV service,we’d like to recommend you the HTC Imagio phone.In fact,the HTC Imagio phone is the verizon smartphone which supports V CAST mobile TV services,but it does require a $13 or $15 monthly fee for Limited/Basic access.What do you think?

Just a couple of days ago,Verizon wireless has removed the Google and Wikipedia search tool,which were available on Verizon wireless’s blackberry phones.And currently,the official search tool of Verizon wireless blackberry phones is the Microsoft powered Bing search engine.

The verizon wireless says that if users want to use the Google and Wikipedia search tool,they can visit blackberry online application store and download the free app.It is understood that the add of Bing search engine to Verizon wireless’s blackberry phone is a great achievement for Bing search engine.However,we still believe that this move is not big enough for Bing to beat the big Google and Wikipedia search tool.

It seems that both Verizon wireless and AT&T are going to sell smartphones with contract before the big holiday.According to some rumors,the AT&T offer a 50% discount for all the Blackberry smartphone if you can accept a mini $30 monthly data package.The move will be started on tomorrow.

It is not the first time for people to complain AT&T’s service,and just now a report shows that AT&T ranks last in consumer satisfaction survey.If you ask some people who have brought the iPhone from AT&T,they will tell you how bad AT&T’s service could be.The survey was operated in 26 cities,and the AT&T was ranked last in the survey.Verizon wireless ranked No.1 which is followed by T-Mobile and Sprint on the third position.

Verizon wireless complains to the National adevertising division of Sprint’s ad.According to Nielsen survey,Verizon’s network has been dropped fewer calls than Sprint.Verizon wireless has required Sprint to stop this ad,but Sprint responses that the Nielsen Survey did not show the whole story.
