Good news for side slide-out cell phones, Virgin Media recently released a new exclusive color cell phone called Alcatel VM202 in the UK. As you can see from the pictures, it’s Dazzle Pink, measures 109mm by 51mm by16.5mm.

About the configurations, Alcatel VM202 features a 2.2 inch display screen with a QVGA resolution of 320×240 pixels. I have to claim that its appearance is a bit similar to MOTO’s slide-out cell phones. But its pre-install camera is only 0.3 million pixel, which I think is not so good for photo and video. If you want to use your cell phone to take photos, I don’t suggest you buy this device. With its 3.5mm Headphone jack, you can also use it to listen to radio or music. Its QWERTY keyboard mixed purple and black, looks pretty cool. One of the good details is that it has pre-loaded the Opera Mini browser that gives you a faster, better web browser experience on your mobile phone. Its battery life is also good that is able to last up to 7 hrs talk time and 450 hrs standby time, which is even superior to most cell phones. It has a 2 GB of internal memory, with a slot for a 8GB of MicroSD card.

According to Virgin, Alcatel VM202 will cost you 45 dollars with 300 free text messages. If you are seeking for a fashion and pretty cell phone, it is worth of your consideration.
