Well how does the game work: at the very beginning, Apple launched its new iTunes which just block the Palm Pre phone, and then Palm adopted one solution to allow the iTunes synching.

And now Apple just launched another iTunes which makes the Palm phone blocked again, this time is the iTunes 9.0.2. And now Palm Pre users can not use the new iTunes any more. The Apple iTunes 9.0.2 became official this week, and Palm still has no solution for this issue. If you want to keep using the iTunes, the simplest way is using the old version iTunes.
