As the most important carrier partner, AT&T will be the first carrier to release Windows Phone 7 in US. According to WPMind.com, AT&T has prepared three new Windows Phone 4 devices for the first time, HTC Schubert, LGC900 and Samsung Cet US SGH i917.

HTC Schubert is named after the famous musician Schubert. As you can see from the picture, its shape looks very fruity. The color and material has great metallic sense. There’s no firmed information about the configuration, but according to the Web. HTC Schubert features a dual LED flash and high-resolution camera. Though it looks like the old iPhone 3GS, there’s no denying that people would like to own it.

As one of the best smart phone manufactures, HTC is always the one customers favor very much. However, due to its decentralized selling, HTC gains fewer market than people expected. Two device are HTC Bee and HTC Lexikon, both of which are equipped with Android 2.2 system. HTC Bee is a entry-level cell phone, features with 528MHz SnapDragon MSM 7625 processor. It has 512MB of ROM and 384MB of RAM, with a 5 million pixel Automatic focus camera. But for its a low level smart phone, it only features a 3.2 inch QVGA touch screen.

HTC Lexikon seems like a medium level smart phone. It features a 800MHz SnapDragon MSM 7630 processor. At the same time, it utilizes a 3.8 inch WVGA touching screen, which is all better than HTC Bee. It has 4GB of storage space without any Micro SD card and 512MB of RAM. HTC Lexikon also pre-install a 5 million pixel camera.

For these two devices are not officially released by HTC, so there are no exact pictures and price for the cell phones. But many customers has commented that they are looking forward to these series. And I will follow the latest updates about HTC.

There is no doubt that Apple’s statement on its iPhone 4 antenna issue has caused offence to more than one phone makers throughout the world. Nokia is the first one to fire back and RIM may be the harshest one for it had said some really hard words on this issue. And the HTC Droid Eris was not immune and HTC now goes into the war. However, this phenomenon was not against the expectation of Apple.

Unlike RIM, HTC hasn’t given a statement on the demo officially. Instead, head of Global PR for HTC- Eric Lin did express some on this issue. When asked how many customers have muttered against the antenna issue, Lin said that there are only about .016% of customers and pointed out that they have had very few consumers to find fauly with signal or antenna problems on the Eris.

It is obvious that all the manufacturers that were involved couldn’t be happy with it but RIM’s reaction seems a little bit too harsh and I’m happy HTC has chose another somewhat mild way to show its disapproval.

It seems it would take a long time before the drama is over, at least not before Apple offers a reasonable fix for the matter. Though it only affects no more than two percent of users, there are still 60,000 unhappy iPhone users since there are 3 million iPhone 4 units that Apple having been sold out over the past three weeks. And Apple still haven’t found a way to get through, offering free cases and bumpers for iPhone 4 users, or refunds for those who already bought a case or bumper won’t last long. God bless Apple.

The result to be the Droid Eris is really incredible, for the HTC Incredible is still at the store on order. Nevertheless, the source unveils that the store does not allow customers to pro-order it, if they have done, it will make them cancel that order. In the meantime, another type of phone named the Motorola Droid X seems to take the place. For me, in someway, it may be good news because the Motorola Droid X has some better features than the HTC Incredible phone. I mean, it is better for the selling of Motorola Droid X. Or may be it just my guess.

The HTC Incredible phone is available with the AMOLED screen. But it is reported to that screen is out of selling, which means, it is in the shortage. This shortage will make the HTC Incredible facing an early demise in order to reduce this phone to make room for others. No more than two months will be the likely lifespan.
