We have reported many nice handsets from S.Korea, however, for Japan, a very close neighbor of S.Korea, we did not see too many phone manufacturers.However, for today, here is a change, KDDI from Japan has recently announced a new machine, which is called as light pool.The light Pool name is from the 22 LEDs of the device, these lights can light up the phone and create up to 100 different patterns.For example, when you receive a text message, there is a pattern, when you receive an email, there is another pattern, etc.These are very interesting LEDs, if you need to have something special, you are able to consider the KDDI light Pool.

Anyway, KDDI not just want to stop here with the Light Pool handset, the machine comes up with some other features, it has a 3.2″ VGA TFT display screen, which is a very standard display for phones, and also has the very usual GPS, Bluetooth, SDHC memory cards, and a microSD slot card.The Light KDDI also has a very nice feature, which is the 8.0 megapixel camera for vidoes and photos. If you like shooting vidoes or photos with your handset, this phone is definitely a very nice option.

As what you can read from the image in this post, the Light Pool handset will be available in three colors: pink, white, and black.However, since the phone is not official for now, there isn’t much information on the price tag.Let’s wait patiently for the official release.
